All adults living in a house must complete an application and meet the rental criteria. A nonrefundable application fee of $20 is required per individual. From your application, we will determine whether you qualify for the house you are applying for. If you do, we will check your credit report, employment, and rental references to confirm you meet our rental criteria. This process can take up to 48 hours.
To apply for a rental home, please stop by our office for an application, after you have read the requirements below and driven by the property.
Rentals become available once they have been cleaned and prepared for the next tenants. We update our list of available homes as each home becomes available.
To prevent excessive stress on the plumbing and other building systems, we limit the number of people who may dwell in a home. We allow two persons per bedroom. For example, a three bedroom house could accommodate as many as six people.
We set specific standards for potential tenants. The following criteria must be met in order to qualify for a rental home.
Your credit history must be in good standing. If your credit history is questionable, proof of payment or letter of explanation must be provided.
Your combined income should be adequate to support the rental home you are applying for and verifiable. Generally, this means your income should be about 3 times the amount of rent.
If you have been employed at your current company for less than one year, you need to provide your previous employment information.
You must have satisfactory references from your current landlord or rental agency. If you have lived at your present address for less than 3 years, you must provide your previous rental information.
The first month’s rent and all deposits must be paid in full before you receive the keys to your rental home. Rent is prorated for the following month.
